Reservation Policy The Palace
The restaurant will be closed on: 06, 07, 27 November 2009; 04, 11, 12, 18, 19 December 2009.
While children are welcome at the hotel, you must contact Customer Care before booking, and they will check if a suitable room is available.
Children under 6 years may not dine in the restaurant. Children between 6 and 12 years should be seated in the restaurant by 19:30.
The restaurant has a smart-casual dress code (no jeans).
Cancellation Policy The Palace
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years are charged GBP 12.00 per night and person for cots.
All children from 3 to 12 years are charged GBP 22.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 17.5 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.
Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.
Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.
